2. Physical Products (Merch, CDs, Vinyl, etc.)
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges for physical items (such as clothing, CDs, or vinyl) within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or refund.
3. Digital Products (Downloads, Music Files, etc.)
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital music downloads and content are non-refundable once they’ve been delivered or accessed. If you experience any technical issues with your download, contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
