Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You'll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that during busy periods (new releases, tours, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times:

Domestic (Romania): 2–7 business days

EU Countries: 5–14 business days

International: 7–21 business days
All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, weather, or postal issues are beyond our control.
3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are the responsibility of the customer. Shikage Records is not responsible for any customs delays or fees.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available, depending on the shipping method selected).
5. Delivery Issues / Lost Packages
If your package is lost or hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:

6. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund the item, and cover return shipping if the issue was our fault.
7. Pre-orders & Special Releases
Pre-order items will ship on or around the release date listed on the product page. If you order multiple items with a pre-order, your entire order may be held until the pre-order ships.
